Section 3 – The Story
China isn’t the first country most people think of when they think of coffee — and that’s exactly what makes this cup so remarkable.
Seta della Cina comes from Yunnan, a high-altitude region in China’s southwest whose specialty coffee scene is now producing some of the world’s most exciting cups. This lot is grown at 1,600 metres and processed through a double natural anaerobic fermentation — a slow, careful method that draws out layers of flavour you rarely find anywhere else.
The result is unlike any coffee you’ve tasted: red grape and cherry up front, a bright hint of kiwi, then a soft, lingering finish of vanilla and jasmine. Silky in the cup, elegant on the palate, and unforgettable.
A rare and remarkable coffee for anyone ready to be surprised.
