Filter and pour-over drinkers who love a bright, clean cup People who enjoy their coffee black, without milk Anyone who loves the citrus-and-chocolate side of Colombian coffee |
Section 3 - The Story
Huila is one of Colombia’s most respected coffee regions - high in the Andes, where cool nights and long, slow growing give the beans real clarity.
This is a washed Huila-Caturra grown between 1,200 and 2,000 metres above sea level. The washed process strips the cherry away and lets the bean’s true character come through: a bright citrus lift, a soft chocolate depth, and a whisper of light fruit. Elegant, precise, and full of life.
It’s roasted for filter - the brewing method that shows this coffee at its best. A well-made pour-over or drip brings out every note; a slow Chemex or cold brew gives you the same clarity in a different mood. A refined, expressive Colombian for anyone who takes their filter coffee seriously.
